3) If I was living a life of confidence others would see that I am equal to the situations I face and would have more confidence in me to get things done. TRUE/FALSE

Hmm. The amazing thing is that others are usually very ignorant of the way you feel unless you behave in a way that makes this very obvious. Even when you are quaking in your boots most people won't notice provided you get on with the task in hand. In other words people are much more likely to judge you by your actions and your achievements than by your style or “swagger”.

If you want people to have confidence in you to get things done then the only real way to achieve this is by getting things done. That means finishing the things you begin, of course, but even more it means being willing to take on many more things than you perhaps do today. Bobby Charlton, the great English footballer, used to say, “if you don't shoot, you don't score”. This is the perfect example of achieving results through confident action.
