The answer to question 3
relates to this question too, but there is more. It isn't always the best
at doing something who makes the best leader. One of the universal
characteristics of leadership in most cultures is the willingness of
leaders to have emotional connexions with their teams. Being nervous about
a particular task, whilst getting on confidently with what needs to be
done, is an even more powerful act of leadership if you allow those close
to you to share in the way you feel. It is your humanity that inspires
others, and your courage to face your demons that makes them want to
confront their demons too. |

There is no real right and wrong here, but your answers
will have revealed a lot about your attitudes to confidence.
